Brent Hudson and his wife, Cherace Hudson along with their friend Mary Overton were each charged with 17 misdemeanor counts of animal abuse and neglect.

The trio was operating as a commercial breeder without a license and were charged with improper disposal of dead animals, and keeping wild animals without proper registration.
